Josh Steck, a Denver native and owner of Denver-based Steck Real Estate, specializes in both buying and selling residential real estate and multi-unit rental properties.
Josh’s real estate career began in property management in 2000 in Boulder. Josh continued in the Vail Valley area, where he managed more than $100 million in mountain properties. Josh eventually moved back to Denver to continue his real estate career. In 2012, he launched his own real estate brokerage, Steck Real Estate.
Josh takes the time to guide his clients with his expertise in buying and selling multi-unit rental properties and residential real estate. He prides himself on building long-lasting professional relationships. Over his career, Josh has sold an average of $30 million to $40 million annually, which puts him in the top 1% of Denver real estate agents. Josh has earned more than $200 million in career volume overall.
Josh has won multiple awards in his career, including the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Excellence Award (DMAR) as a Platinum and Titanium Agent. DMAR is the largest Realtor Association in Colorado, with over 7,000 members.
